Bulk Order Form Instructions
Thank you for considering placing your bulk order with SendGiftsInEurope. Please remember the following tips to fill out the form completely.

2. fill in your billing information
- Your Full Name (*required)
- Your Phone (*required)
- Your Email (*required)
- Your Company Name (*optional)
- Street Address (*required)
- City (*required)
- State (*required)
- Country (*optional)
3. customer information
- Recipient’s Name (*required) - Separate names into first and last name columns. If combined in one, the name will not print fully and delivery may not be successful.
- Company Name (*optional)
- Recipient’s Street Address (*required) - For longer addresses use both line 1 and line 2 columns. If the address is long, divide it over the 2 address lines. Try to keep street name and house number in same cell.
- Recipient’s Postal/ZIP code (*required) - Only the United Kingdom and the Netherlands have letters in zip codes. For all other countries, please remove the letter in front of the code. (*required) - For longer addresses use both line 1 and line 2 columns. If the address is long, divide it over the 2 address lines. Try to keep street name and house number in same cell. For example, Germany should be 88888, not D-88888 or DE-88888). For Ireland, no zip code is needed.
- Recipient’s City (*required) - Please ensure city is in the City column, not included as part of the Address Line 1 or Address Line 2
- Recipient’s State (*required)
- Recipient’s Local Phone (*required)
- Recipient’s Email (*optional)
- Product Name / Product URL (*required)
- Quantity (*required)
- Price of Chosen Gift (*optional)
- Delivery Charges (*optional) - standard delivery fee is 15 EUR per gift (if the shipping address is not considered a remote area, for example, islands, small villages, etc.)
- Sender Name (*optional) - This field prints at the bottom of the gift message and on the outside of the package.
- Gift Message (*optional) - Messages can be up to 1000 characters. Please enter without any line (paragraph) breaks.
4. E-mail us your completed bulk form
E-mail your completed order to info@giftsineurope.com with “Multiple Order Form” and your company name as the subject.
5. E-mail us your completed bulk form
