Along with Pride and the Honor, the Scars is the third and youngest in Highland Park’s Viking trilogy to date. A 10-year-old Orkney malt is full of breed and power. The pitted Viking was originally only reserved for the Scandinavian market and is bottled without the addition of colorings.

Tasting Notes
Nose: citrus fruits, heather, a breeze of peat smoke fragrance, vanilla spicy wood notes
Palate: light, crisp body with lots of fruit, peppermint, some peat, peppery spiciness, spiciness, and bourbon vanilla
Finish: relatively short, fruity, smoky, and spicy finish
