A whiskey as it should be: straightforward, straightforward, and classic. Maker’s Mark uses a very high proportion of wheat and hops for their bourbon, so the four-year-old whiskey is very smooth and soft.

The bourbon is refined with iron-free water that is filtered through limestone and is rich in calcium and magnesium. Each bottle of Maker’s Mark is hand-dipped in the signature red wax.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Creamy vanilla pudding harmonizes with caramel toffees, cocoa beans, honey, some gluten, and oak spice.
Palate: Dense and firm texture with shortbread, toasted nuts, caramel, varnish, and a fruity note
Finish: warming and persistent finish
